Cancellation Policy – Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 4 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty fee of $75 (The cost of a singular appointment). To avoid a cancellation fee and the possibility of not being able to rebook, please provide cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at naturallyhealthymellc@gmail.com or calling/ leaving a message at 919-339-1490. Refund Policy- Full refunds are available to a customer that has not yet had their first appointment in a journey and is within their 12 hour cancellation period. No explanation required. Partial Refunds are available if you have purchased a journey and will not be able to complete the remaining sessions. This is applicable if you are within the cancellation period of the next appoint and therefore will receive 75% of the cost of the remaining sessions.
